The Intentional Parents Podcast
Religion & Spirituality:Christianity
On today’s show, we are asking some questions to get us thinking about conflict in a helpful way. What does conflict bring up internally for us and What do we do when we are overwhelmed with the feelings that surround conflict? We not only take a deep dive into what we feel when conflict arises but also how to see others in the conflict and how it affects them. When we interact with each of our relationships we are not just interacting with the person, but also with their story and their woundings. We hope today’s show helps you get a little more curious, have a little more compassion, and bring in a little more calm. Enjoy!
3 Ways people often handle or respond to conflict:
1) Attack
2) Ignore
3) Manage
3 Things to ask yourself:
1) Be curious about what is coming up
2) Have Compassion for yourself
3) Calmness
