When you’re starting out, you want to save as much money as possible, so you take on building your own website. I’ll never tell you that’s wrong to do. After all, that’s a great way to start! But when you are looking to increase your authority online, you will need more than the ability to put a block here and text there. You will need a design strategy that helps your website work with your business and get you clients. In this episode I give you the guidelines: how do you know that you are ready to hire someone? And once you hire someone, how do you work with them to keep your project on time and on budget?
