Dave also discusses a story from TSG Consulting on West Virginia State Senate President Randy Smith naming Tom Willis (R-Berkeley) as the new Senate Judiciary Chair after Mike Stuart resigned to take a position with the Trump administration. Willis has also announced his candidacy to challenge US Senator Shelley Moore Captio for her seat in 2026.
