I think for a lot of us, there are many different kinds of fears as we'll get into today. There may be the fear of failure, especially the pressure of, oh, it's the new year, time to lose weight, time to get all your goals accomplished, or whatever it is. There's not enoughness. Fear of I'm not really worthy or the habitual, normalized fear that has come in has been brought back from the past, back from 2023 and earlier.
This week I really wanted to focus on 5 Practical Ways To Get Past Feelings of Fear in the New Year so that you can shed this heavy, dense energy that holds us back in infinite ways in our life. We need to move away from these old tendencies that can really overshadow the light if we aren't aware. And so while we can feel good about setting goals and intentions and all of that, we want to make sure that we are clearing and have practical ways of dealing with fear as well.
