Today’s guest is another legend in the world of Jiu Jitsu and co-founder of one of the most important and winningest Jiu Jitsu academies in the world.

Fabio Gurgel started Jiu Jitsu at age 13  and by the age of 19 he was a Black Belt under Master Jacare Cavalcanti and at age 23 along with Jacare founded the legendary Alliance Jiu Jitsu. 

Over the next 30 plus years, he has won every major championship and coached some of the greatest BJJ competitors in history. Champions like Lucas Lepri, Demian Maia, and Marcelo Garcia.
