Shirley Buck is a mindset coach and the founder of Red Leaf Alternative Healing LLC, a holistic trauma coaching consultancy helping others find their way out of traumatic pasts.  She joined me to talk about her chaotic childhood -- which included sexual abuse at the hands of multiple offenders and the suicide of her mother -- and how she is now helping others find happiness by putting in the proper mindsets to overcome past traumas.
