In our culture it’s common for a mother in law to live with the married couple. As the youngest daughter in the Rivera family, I always knew I’d be with my mother until her last days. Abel and I recently moved in with our mother and although they have a good relationship we were very aware that this could possibly put a strain on our marriage.
