She has been steeping in the practices of yoga & meditation since the age of five learning from some of the foremost spiritual teachers in the world. She is impassioned as to how the revelations of yogic, mystic & earth based teachings & practices can be leveraged and integrated into day-to-day life.
Her podcast, Modern Mystic, has appeared on the top 100 Apple Music chart & features expert guests such as NYTimes Best Seller, Sharon Salzburg; Grammy Nominee/Performer, Krisha Das; and internationally renowned Buddhist teacher & author, Lama Tsultrim Allione. She has taught workshops & trainings for well over a decade and a half & can often be found giving talks to large groups and presenting at national festivals including several times at the acclaimed Wanderlust Yoga & Music Festival.
