Canva delays employee share scheme | JP Morgan acquires First Republic Bank | Amazon’s conference call drop

Canva is looking likely to delay its annual employee share sale until the tech industry rebounds.

US regulators have taken control of First Republic Bank and then sold it to JP Morgan, one of its biggest competitors, in one of the biggest bank collapses in US history.

Amazon shares rose more than 10 per cent after its quarterly report smashed sales projections… but then dropped into negative territory after the follow up conference call.
