The Mosaic Life Podcast with Trey Kauffman
Education:Self-Improvement
"To be able to respond rather than to react is a massive shift in the way with which we communicate, how we see ourselves in the world, and how we can become more of an open space for others."
-John Abate
John Abate's mantra is basic and relatable in that our true nature is not lived out from the workings of the mind, but rather from the place of the heart or soul. From this place we can reflect the infinite, never ending energy of love, kindness, and compassion. This energy is manifested through our intentions and actions in everyday life.
John's formula for living out this intention requires a daily practice of mindfulness. As a trained MBSR – Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction teacher, John's practice of meditation and awareness of Self are helping many others learn the way of leading more happy, less stressed lives through his guidance in his 8 week MBSR courses.
John is striving each day to embody the nature and essence of mindfulness into his life and he has overcome a traumatic and life threatening event that has brought him onto his own spiritual journey.
