Sheng Li from the New Civil Liberties Alliance discusses their lawsuit against the State of Massachusettes. The lawsuit accuses the State of covertly installing an app on Android phones in the state that tracked their locations in an effort to enable contact tracing. This was done as part of en effort to combat the spread of COVID-19.
