Wives of Jannah: Islamic Relationship Advice
Religion & Spirituality:Islam
Heartbreak. Devastation. Worry. Grief. Anger. The last month & a half has been a major emotional roller coaster as we've watched the ongoing genocide unfold in Gaza. This podcast's focus is how to protect your marriage from being shaken by unprocessed emotions, judgments towards how your spouse may process what's happening, and how to keep yourself spiritually and emotionally grounded. Whenever there is high emotional stress there is a potential for it to spill over into marriage. I hope this episode offers some ideas to support you both in marriage and in your spiritual and emotional well being as we continue to witness the such horrific crimes against humanity. The world needs us at our best. May Allah help us.
