75: 2023 Princess Half Marathon Weekend Recap

Princess Half Marathon Weekend has just passed and this week on the podcast we are joined by our friends Taryn Terrell (from Episode 70) and Perfect Fairy Tale  Challenger Meghan to recap the weekend's events.  Plus, Jeff Galloway joins us to talk about the JG13.1 Race Weekend.

Our introduction is a bilingual one from our friend Valeria who came from Argentina to join us at Princess Weekend.  

Jeff Galloway joined us to talk about the JG 13.1 race weekend  in Atlanta that is happening on March 18th and 19th and to provide some tips for your first 5k.

We then talked with our friends Taryn and Meghan who where both at Princess along with Jack, Bob, and Allie to help recap the weekends events.
