The Jackson County Chamber of Commerce will be offering a new leadership program starting next year. Tom Susman spoke with Chamber President Cinda Francis about the program.

Tom also spoke Ben Nease, the Mayor of Middleport, Ohio, about the city's upcoming election on November 4. There will be four city council races and a levy on this year's ballot.
