I am excited to learn more about Katie Thompson, founder of the Women of Woodworking project in addition to editor and chief of the monthly online journal, Pen and Chisel. I first chatted with Katie a while back when she was a guest on the podcast, then called Maker Mom. Since then, we have continued to orbit in similar spaces. We have a shared passion for growing the accessibility of craft and learning, sharing, and elevating the stories of women and non-binary folks in that space. Please join me in welcoming Katie as the new co-host of the podcast.
You can find her project, Women of Woodworking here.
You can check out and subscribe to Pen and Chisel here.
