The Malaysian Health Ministry has recalled two types of instant noodles, after tests in Taipei found that they contained a carcinogenic substance. Further testing from Taipei’s health department has also found that both noodles contained ethylene oxide, which is a chemical compound associated with lymphoma and leukaemia.
