We give ourselves a better chance of success and are most likely to reach our potential.
Powerful thoughts: I can do anything I put my mind to. I am pumped and excited to go to work/practice today!
Possibility-oriented thoughts: My future is going to be outstanding. The possibilities in my life and performance are endless.
Positive thoughts: I will crush everything on my schedule today! I will be and play the best I can today.
