In this episode, Mia speaks to TV personalities Matty J & Laura Byrne about their marriage, parenting and living their private life in the public eye.
They met on the Bachelor, got pregnant nine months later and because neither had a blueprint for what a healthy marriage looked like, they created their own. Matt is the primary carer of their two daughters and Laura works three jobs.
In this wide ranging conversation, Laura and Matt talk about how they navigate the gender roles within their relationship and how having kids changed everything. They also talk about how they deal with the opinions of others about the content they post on social media. Sometimes, it’s a lot.
Laura and Matt host podcasts with their mates, Laura co-hosts Life Uncut and Matty J co-hosts Two Dotting Dads.
