Peace and goodwill to everyone! Tonight we have the introduction to a new book called the Talking Revolution written by two members of the SGI from the UK, Peter Osborn and Eddy Canfor-Dumas. Its an exciting book that has just been published on Amazon. It is a practical approach to communication. I think one of the biggest challenges in explaining Buddhism to the modern world is the need to explain how to apply it in the way we interact with ourselves and others. This book, although brief, will start a talking revolution. We are going to serialize the book in audio on this podcast over the next few weeks.
As an indulgence to how I felt when I was putting the show together, Jody Gnant was kind enough to give us permission to play Great Day again on the show.
In the second half of the show we have a recording of a Skype conversation between Jason and the two authors of The Talking Revolution. Let us know what you think about the sound quality as we are working on developing the content for a regular segment! Happy New Year!
