246: Building Business Success & Avoiding Burnout with Ral West

Ral started her entrepreneurial journey at a small consulting firm and then progressed to running Hawaii Vacations with her husband which built rental properties and travel services from Alaska to Hawaii. After operating the company for 25 years, she sold the business that would later on be known as “Alaska Airlines.”

 

She eventually founded Ral West Livin’ the Dream and created an entrepreneurship course called Overcome, Overwhelm: Create a Smooth Running Business with Less Stress. The eight-month course covers bedrock principles she has observed and followed for forty years and more in her experience.

 

As an entrepreneur, Ral understands the mental burden of management and business delegation. She integrated a business structure that allowed her to step back and become a fully operative system that led to maximizing more profit.
