There are a number of support spaces online for adopted people and for mothers of loss and other family members. You can also find adoptees and mothers on IG, Tiktok and other social media platforms. Quality varies. We encourage people to reach out to form support systems. Reading and listening for a while can be helpful in determining if a space aligns with your needs.
