Tune into others, 

With deep presence,

With a desire to understand,

With the intention of connection. 

PAUSE…

Tune into others,

When you want to judge,

When you want to separate.

PAUSE…

Tune into others,

And you will find empathy,

Creativity,

And oneness. 

Come inside, 

And bring your hand to your heart.

PAUSE…

Feel its rhythm against your chest,

As you slow down your breathing,

And slow down your mind. 

LONG PAUSE…

Now, allow yourself to bring to mind one person,

And tune into them for the next little bit. 

Imagine knowing their heart,

Their mind, 

Their desires, 

Their fears. 

Just imagine yourself being present with them.

LONG PAUSE (2 MINS)...

Now see if you can imagine the entire world,

Every human, creature, plant and living organism, 

And tune into them,

Feeling your connection as you breathe.
