Jeff Kryglik grew up in Rosedale in Baltimore County and now lives in Perry Hall. He is an ISSA certified personal trainer, Strongman competitor with over 25 competitions. (Podiums in all but 5), 3 national level shows. 2018 OSG 90KG division (Worlds), State deadlift and overhead press records. (Not current except for axle in 90kg division in NY), & Won Maryland's Strongest Man in the 200lb weight class in 2019. He has been lifting for 20 years and has been training/coaching people for 8 years.
