Michelin star chef Tom Aikens: ”It will be eye opening for people to connect with farmers and see what it takes to produce food”

Tom Aikens was the youngest British chef to receive two Michelin stars, and is a huge advocate for farming - what he can't grow himself, he sources from British farmers for his restaurants.
