Gentlemen, welcome to our new Member Spotlight Series where we'll be featuring members from the FRD brotherhood.
This will be a 7-part series where I'll be asking them about their lives as Dads and we’ll talk about what their experiences have been like so far in our amazing group of family men with businesses, not businessmen with families.
I hope you'll check out these conversations with some badass members of our community each week. And don't be afraid to share these episodes with your friends and let us know your thoughts along the way!

Here's what you need to know about today's guest, Eric Farewell.
Eric Farewell is a lifelong entrepreneur who started working at 7, his first successful business at 13. He has been blessed by big name mentors since his teens and spent years speaking at internet marketing conferences and consulting for businesses and brands in industries as varying as gaming, and wellness.
In 2011 he launched a business in an impossibly small niche. Using a very specific blueprint they became the 500lb gorilla of the industry bringing in millions each year while building systems, and hiring the right people that have allowed it to continue to grow while he now works less than three hours a week.
Eric has spent the last 20 years in constant physical pain after breaking his back (twice) and emotional pain after losing his brother and countless friends but refuses to be a victim and chooses to focus his energy on his wife of 14 years and their three children. In his spare time he helps brands through periods of rapid growth in exchange for equity and has recently acquired an aircraft racing series.
The Farewell family has a weekly YouTube & TV series that has driven the majority of their businesses marketing strategy for over a decade. His true passion is in doing good for others and making the world a better place.

We are in the business of building better families.
While most dads would say that family matters most, the challenge is they feel guilty knowing their careers get the best of them, and their family seems to get the rest of them.
We help Dads become family men with businesses, not businessmen who have families, so they can thrive personally AND professionally.
