A declassified document that was written by Robert Oppenheimer and Albert Einstein is believed to be the first time two well-known scientists acknowledge interstellar bodies and extraterrestrial beings or EBEs.The Oppenheimer-Einstein report examines issues related to interstellar UFOs and aliens. This was also the first time that two scientists spoke of a planetary action that would have to be organized within a new world order and create protocols for possible colonization or occupation of alien beings on planet earth.
