Joan Blades, co-founder of Living Room Conversations, joins us in episode 107 of Relate. In this episode, we discuss the importance of approaching conversations with intention and why we must listen deeply to one another. There is a great danger in division and a great opportunity in connection. Joan also encourages us to care about people with different opinions, as this will allow us to develop a better worldview.
