亲爱的朋友，你好，我是永清，这里是为你读英语美文。读到这样一句话：“去做喜欢做的人，而不是应该做的人”，很多时候，我们变成了应该做什么，而忘记了喜欢做什么，在看布拉德·皮特主演的电影《返老还童》时，看到这样的一段话，想要和你分享。 

Some days I feel different than the day before.
有时候，我感觉一切和前一天大不一样了

But we're all going the same way.
但是我们的终点是一样的

Everybody feels different about themselves, one way or another.
每个人对自己的感受都不一样

Just taking different roads to get there, that's all.
只是走的路不同罢了

There is always something that I should remember for the rest of my life.
总有一些事情是我需要铭记一生的。

You could be mad as a mad dog at the way things went.
你可以像疯狗那样对周围的一切愤愤不平

you can swear and curse the fates,
你可以诅咒命运

but when it comes to the end,
但是等到最后一刻到来之时

you have to let go.
你还得平静的放手而去。

For what it’s worth, it’s never too late,
只要是有意义的事再晚去做还有意义的

Or in my case, too early,
不过如果是我说该说再早

To be whoever you want to be.
做你想做的人

There’s no time limit, stop whenever you want.
这件事没有时间的限制，只要愿意什么时候都可以开始

You can change or stay the same.
你能从现在开始改变也可以一成不变

There’s no rules to this thing.
这件事没有规矩可言

We can make the best or the worst of it.
我们能活出最精彩的自己也可能搞得一团糟

I hope you make the best of it.
我希望你能活出最精彩的自己

I hope you see things that startle you.
我希望你能见识到令你惊奇的事物

I hope you feel things you never felt before.
我希望你能体验未曾体验过的情感

I hope you meet people with a different point of view.
我希望你能遇见一些想法不同的人

I hope you live a life you’re proud of.
我希望你为你自己的人生感到骄傲

If you find that you are not,
如果你发现自已还没有做到，

I hope you have the strength to start all over again.
我希望你有勇气重头再来。
