Michelle (Shelly) Mensah caught my eye last year when she graced the Olympia stage in the fitness category. He physique is phenomenal with exquisite stage presence. She’s absolutely eye catching everything just flows with her physique! And her fitness performances are out of this world. But even more so Shelly is an experienced coach, a gracious mom, and a genuinely lovely person. This chat was a delight and it was refreshing to connect with a star that is so down to earth.
