Today’s meditation: Grief Meditation Your journal prompt for today is: How are you taking care of yourself during this time of grief? What self-compassion and self-care practices can you incorporate into your daily routine? ------ Grief can come into our life in a variety of ways and we all process our grief very differently, but whether you are grieving the loss of a loved one or pet, the ending of a relationship or job, or something else entirely, grief can get caught and stuck in the body. As we continue through this meditation, we are looking to get that grief moving. My friendly reminder to you, friends: It’s important to approach the grieving process with a lot of patience and self-compassion. We do not heal and come through to the other side with a single practice.
