michaelthomas _fit Here is the full length version of the interview I did with @safetymanco earlier this week. For those of you who don't know my story, it took a lot for me to build up the confidence to do something like this as it's always been my biggest fear. I've always had a major fear of public speaking and being on camera but made it a goal to overcome it so that I can help others do the same and here we are. If you're not good at something at first, don't get discouraged and feel like a failure. Go back to the drawing board the next morning! Everything is a learning experience and the only time you lose is if you quit. When you've had enough of living in fear and being consumed by anxiety, I'll show you the path to your highest self. It won't be easy but nothing worth having is. All the pain will be worth it one day!!
