When I asked my instagram audience about current stressors in their lives, most people responded with some sort of money problem.  I decided to start a three part series on money issues.

In this part one, I talk about my own money story and bad thoughts that I have about money.  I also discuss ways to get rid of bad thoughts about money in your head, so you can start seeing money in a more positive light.
