About Raquel:
Raquel Hellenga is a life and business coach for chronically ill creatives and has been living with Rheumatoid Arthritis for over twenty years. She works with ambitious, creative, big-hearted, and often frustrated chronically ill people to create the life and business they desire while still taking great care of their health.
