Today, we continue our conversation with Lee McCormick about how to best let go of our expectations and need to control. Lee explains how we need to hold a vision for what we desire, but also hold space for a broader awareness of the mystery of life. Lee shares with us the tradition of sweat lodges as a way to heal and restore faith in the unknown. We cover: what sweat lodges are, the tools, elements and traditions involved, as well as their potency for healing. If you’re ever been curious about this tradition, listen to learn more.
