One of the major elements that will always hold you back is allowing the obstacles hold you back.

1. Create a Plan - a detailed plan.
2. Create a Contingency Plan - what to do about the obstacles that are in your way.
3. Tracking - track what needs to be tracked to keep you on point.
4. Evaluate - reflect your week and ask yourself questions.
