After Hurricane Harvey, sociologist Rachel Kimbro, dean of Rice's school of social science, interviewed 36 women in one of Houston's frequent-flooding neighborhoods. Today she joins host Lisa Gray to talk about her book, In Too Deep, and how it gets into the ways of how families and neighborhoods work.
