NSW Ambulance officer on shark attack at popular beach

A 16-year-old swimmer is lucky to be alive after a shark attack at Cabarita Beach in northern NSW. Brave bystanders used a surfboard as a stretcher to carry him to safety before he was airlifted to hospital.
