This episode is a follow up to last week’s, Befriending Your Shadow. Are you ready to release and heal the old shadows you may still be holding? Please join us as we share practical tips and techniques based on questions you can ask yourself on where to start!
Each chakra holds the key to different elements of shadow work. Are you struggling with setting and maintaining boundaries or have trouble trusting? Working with the root chakra can help! Do you feel ashamed, unworthy or empty? These can be shadow emotions that will be held in the solar plexus chakra.
All of the chakra work is interdependent and interconnected and yet brings us to the ultimate goal of improving our quality of life and being able to step more fully into the life we want to live!
