Nine months to go before the next presidential election and former President Donald Trump is already sending shockwaves around the international community. At a rally in South Carolina, he suggested he would “encourage” aggressors to “do whatever the hell they want” with NATO countries that fail to pay their dues. Independent Senator Angus King spent the weekend with colleagues working on the foreign aid bill, just days after making an impassioned speech on the senate floor about the importance of supporting Ukraine.
