This call felt like hanging out and talking about real life. Corinne started by sharing a little update about why our Sunday call time is changing. Then we talked about stuff so many of us deal with—feeling nervous at parties, getting stressed around people, and eating because we don’t know what else to do. She even shared some of her own stories so everyone could see they’re not the only one who feels this way.
We also talked a lot about those nighttime habits that bug you the next morning… like eating in bed, snacking because you’re bored, or using food to calm down after a long day.
