Joining me for her third appearance on the show is the voice behind the popular 1000 Hours Outside movement, Ginny Yurich. Our conversation focuses a lot on the evolution of getting our children outside as they continue to grow. I’m starting to notice that a lot of the women with older children in my life are struggling to get their older children motivated to get outdoors so Ginny has some great answers for this, plus tips for working moms to get the 1000 hours outside (is that number arbitrary??)
