A major commercial real estate company is ⁠buying up buildings⁠ in downtown Denver and wants to convert the empty offices into housing, but the mysterious landowner is ⁠standing in the way⁠. And what does the owner of Lakeside Amusement Park have to do with the mayor’s big plan to revitalize the city’s urban core?
