This week on the HSE Network podcast we are joined by Kate Field for a discussion on the new BSI model of well-being in the workplace. The model goes over different levels of health including ensuring workers feel safe and are secure in their jobs from a financial perspective.
The new model takes a lot from Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs but puts it in a modern workplace context, adding elements that are important from a safety as well as a health perspective.
We will be releasing an article shortly which breaks down the different areas of the model in full so keep an eye out for that on the HSE Network articles page.
