“Number one, don't do it alone. I was firmly going down the DIY path. Please do not do that. If you want your podcast to just be a thing that exists, then hit record, upload it somewhere and you're good. But if you want it to be something that is going to sustain and grow, and eventually derive benefits to you and your business, certainly look at a professional like Anna and her team.
The other thing is, we all have great stories, but we think that we have to go on and on telling them. No, a great podcast can be five minutes. If you've got that one idea that you can execute in five minutes, someone goes, ‘that was the best part of my day.’”
