Sinead Kane -Trans Sahara Marathon

The Trans Sahara Marathon is a 150Km 4 day multi stage race held in the Sahara Desert. This year (2023) Sinead Kane was one of the competitors taking part. During the first day Sinead had an accident that should have finished her race but she continued. This podcast turned into a conversation about mindset, resilience, teamwork, goal setting and a lot more than just running in the Desert. We also talk a little bit about the gear we used and our lessons learned. Sinead is registered as blind having only 5% vision.
