About Jane Toleno In 1947, Jane Toleno and her twin sister were placed in incubation immediately after birth. Too much oxygen was allowed to filter into their incubators and both twins lost their eyesight. Her book, “BlindSight: Come and See,” poignantly describes living with blindness in an often short-sighted world. Toleno expounds on the spiritual, physical, mental, emotional and social challenges of living blind. Jane has become a regular and valued participant of the Writing Works Wonders Zoom call.
