The Official Manchester United Podcast
Sports:Soccer
Sam, Helen and Maysie are back at Carrington to speak to Emma Watson. The Scot joined United from Rangers in the summer of 2023 at the young age of 17 but unfortunately suffered an ACL injury while on international duty, shortly after signing. She opens up about how she is coping with this difficult stage in her career and what her future ambitions are, and believe us, she has big ambitions!
Emma’s career is still in its infancy, but that hasn’t stopped her tasting success. She’s a Scotland international, she’s scored in the Champions League, she won the 2021/22 Scottish Women's Premier League title and if that wasn’t enough, she was named PFA Scotland Women's Young Player of the Year. Wow, you can see why Marc Skinner wanted to sign her!
Enjoy this conversation with a rising star.
