After a career in healthcare administration, she now works as a freelance writer and consultant with a particular focus on the non-profit sector and community service. Her first book, Simple Acts: The Busy Family’s Guide to Giving Back, was published by Gryphon House in 2019 and was named as one of the Top 10 Books for parents who want to raise kind kids by the HuffPost.
