Kaitlin is an author, blogger, wife, and homeschooling mother of five kiddos under the age of eight. She has the privilege of helping women navigate the journey of pregnancy and postpartum recovery.

 She does this by sharing with women the simple science of their amazing bodies so they can then prepare their bodies for pregnancy, birth, and a faster recovery.

After tragically losing her best friend to a childbirth-related incident and struggling to find reliable information on her own pregnancy and postpartum journey, she began to explore science-based strategies that support mothers in the perinatal season. The more she read and put into practice throughout her own pregnancies, she realized that moms needed access to this information.
