On July 20, 2020, Grant Solomon was struck by his own truck and killed. The only witness to Grant’s death was his father, Aaron Solomon. Some in the family say that Aaron was abusive and that the abuse was ignored or not taken seriously by members of their church, school, and community. Because of this, Grant was hopeful that after turning 18, he’d be able to get custody of his sister Gracie. This would protect her from their father’s alleged sexual, psychological, emotional, and physical abuse. Grant's sudden death prevented this. Was Grant’s death a tragic accident, or was this Aaron’s last chance at keeping his family under control?
